HubJobs FAQ

Is HubJobs free for job seekers?

Yes — always free. A free account includes a verified professional profile, unlimited job applications, a resume builder (3 templates), saved jobs and search alerts, plus industry circles via HubCircles. Optional Premium from A$15/week adds featured placement, AI resume optimisation and career analytics.

How much does it cost to post a job?

Employer plans start at A$149/month (Small Employer: 3 active listings, featured rotation, professional search, ATS-lite). Recruiter is A$349/seat/month. Enterprise is custom. Per-post upgrades — Boost A$49, Highlight A$29, Urgent Hire A$69, AI Screening A$89, Multi-Posting A$79 — can be added to any listing.

How is HubJobs different from a normal job board?

HubJobs is a professional network as well as a marketplace: job seekers keep a persistent verified profile, employers keep a company page with reviews and followers, and both connect through industry circles on HubCircles. One SpeedyCore account works across all hubs.

How do employers find candidates?

Through professional search — a directory of verified professional profiles with experience summaries, skills and availability. Small Employer includes 100 profile views per month; Recruiter is unlimited.

Do you charge per applicant?

No. Plans are flat monthly subscriptions and upgrades are priced per post — never per application or per reply.

Who runs HubJobs?

HubJobs is built and operated by Speedy Systems Pty Ltd in Australia as part of the SpeedyCore platform — alongside ConstructiveOS, MyTradieWeb, HubCircles, AdvertHub and CreatorsHub.
